Thinking differently about website design, development and bicycle riding.

I purchased a hard drive, an external hard drive enclosure and a 4GB USB flash drive. They shipped the first two items but the third was not in the package! Extended email correspondence has gotten me no where. I'll be complaining to some government agency soon. Certainly do not ever shop at PC pacific. They are rip off merchants, dishonest and poor communicators.
